We recommend getting in touch as soon as you have your ticket and know your departure date and time. That way you can be sure the vehicle will be ready exactly to your schedule. Airport transfers get fully booked quickly, especially during the holiday season and on public holidays. If you need a last-minute ride, we will do our best to accommodate you depending on current availability. The earlier you send your request, the more peace of mind you have before your trip.

We normally allow 1 large suitcase and 1 carry-on per person. If you are travelling with more luggage, sports equipment, a pram or other non-standard items, please mention it when booking. We will choose the right vehicle so that the journey is comfortable for you and your luggage.

We monitor current flight information and try to respond to changes. As soon as you learn about a delay, please inform the driver directly on the phone number you will receive in the confirmation SMS. Depending on the situation, we will adjust the pickup time so that the vehicle is waiting for you at the right moment and you do not have to worry about anything else.

Yes, no problem. We provide transport for smaller and larger groups, including business trips, holidays or shared departures. Fill in the inquiry form on our website and we will prepare a tailored solution including a suitable vehicle type.

You can pay by card, in cash or by invoice. By prior arrangement we also accept selected foreign currencies. Just state your preferred payment method when booking and we will have everything ready in advance so that your journey is as smooth as possible.
